Enterprise Engineer

You’ll collaborate with global cross-functional teams, review DevSecOps processes, innovate with pipeline automation, and influence standardization and reusability across the enterprise.
This role is engineering-led for engineers who understand both technical depth and organizational impact, with a proven track record in driving engineering improvement initiatives in complex environments.

- Extensive experience as a Senior Engineer or Technical Architect in large-scale, complex organizations
- Proven leadership in engineering improvement initiatives across enterprise environments
- Strong technical resilience with a solutions-driven mindset and ability to handle complexity
- Experience engaging with global, cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, driving clarity and actionable plans
- Deep understanding of engineering governance, design authority, safety, and compliance
- Expertise in systems engineering, requirements management, and solution scalability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance or highly regulated industries
- Cybersecurity experience or familiarity with cybersecurity tools and standards
