Enterprise Implementation Manager

Hi 👋 I'm Anna, Head of Implementation at Pinpoint.

We're a high growth, bootstrapped HR tech company building software that helps in house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. More than 1,000 organizations use it, and if you read our reviews on G2 and Capterra you'll see how often customers mention the quality of our support and onboarding. That experience starts with implementation.

As we bring on more large, complex customers, we need someone to fully own a high volume of mid market and enterprise implementations from end to end, which is why we're hiring an Enterprise Implementation Manager. You'll steer timelines, manage technical complexity, and lead customers confidently through a high stakes rollout.

The fine print
  • This is a remote role based in the UK. Our HQ is in Jersey, and most of our 100 person team is UK based.
  • Initially you'll manage 8 to 12 active implementations, scaling to 15 to 20+ as you build efficiency. Most are mid market and enterprise projects, each running an average of 50 days.
  • Our product is deep, flexible, and genuinely complex. You'll work with customers running intricate, multi tenant workflows and customised hiring journeys, with a wide range of integration needs.
  • Pinpoint isn't for everyone. We're still in startup mode: fast moving, lean, and sometimes ambiguous. You'll thrive here if you're proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building structure where none exists.
  • Our values actually matter here. We hire people who reflect them in how they work, collaborate, and make decisions.
  • Get every implementation live on time, with deadlines met and blockers cleared with urgency
  • Own project management from kickoff through go live: milestones, risks, and keeping everyone aligned
  • Lead internal and external discovery, then design an implementation plan that fits each customer
  • Scope and shepherd HRIS integrations: read the API docs, map the data, and reduce engineering dependency where you can
  • Keep integrations, product and support moving together, with timely delivery and clear communication
  • Be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on workflow design and product best practice
  • Hand customers over smoothly to Customer Success, and stay involved through early adoption
  • Build and deliver training that scales: live sessions, train the trainer programs, and self serve materials
  • 3+ years leading large B2B SaaS implementations end to end, across more than one product and with both enterprise and mid market customers
  • Experience running 10+ complex implementations at once, balancing competing priorities, internal coordination and technical complexity
  • Technical self sufficiency. You learn from API documentation, use tools like Postman to troubleshoot, and dig in rather than wait for engineering. You don't need to be a developer.
  • Time in high growth startups (roughly 50 to 250 people), where processes changed as the business scaled
  • A structured way of running projects: milestone driven plans, clear customer responsibilities, and thinking 2 to 3 steps ahead on risk
  • Real examples of managing implementation risk: changing the plan, unblocking a technical issue, or driving a change through
  • Operational rigour. People trust you to own outcomes, not just tasks.
  • AI in your day to day work. You actively use Claude, ChatGPT or similar for planning, research, communication and training materials.
  • Professional polish and presence. You can command a (virtual) room.
  • Bonus: HR or recruiting tech experience
You may not enjoy this role if
  • Your implementation experience has mostly been support, customer success or consultancy
  • You've only ever worked inside large, highly structured companies
  • You'd rather coordinate other people's work than own the outcome yourself
We want Pinpoint to be the best place you've ever worked, somewhere you feel valued, supported and excited to grow. Here's what you get:
  • Comprehensive healthcare: excellent medical, dental and vision coverage for you and your family
  • Unlimited holidays: take the time you need to rest and recharge
  • Mental health support: unlimited, immediate access to professional counselling via Spill
  • Retirement contributions: 401k or pension contributions depending on your location
  • Remote first: work where you're most productive, with flexibility and trust as the default
  • Equity with real upside: share in the long term value you help create
  • Fully paid parental leave: up to 16 weeks of paid leave for new parents
  • Learning budget: annual funds for courses, books or anything that supports your growth
A detailed overview of our benefits is here.

What you're wondering

  • Who will I work with day to day? You'll report to me and work closely with our integrations, product, support and Customer Success teams.
  • What tools will I use? Arrows, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Intercom, Linear and Guru.
  • Do I need HR tech experience? No. It's a big plus, but strong B2B SaaS implementation experience matters most.
