Job Overview

The Information Technology Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on AltaMed's technology platforms and ensuring alignment with business strategies and drivers, while impacting productivity, agility, product/service timeliness, revenue growth, and cost reduction. The role will focus on the company’s effectiveness and organizational structure by improving the current IT Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and data-integrated technology solutions, while developing a clear strategy and direction for how to integrate current information programs and technologies to increase productivity and structure in the workplace. The Enterprise Architect will align, design, and coordinate the organization’s solutions to perform more effectively and enhance the business processes. The role is also responsible for evaluating the enterprise technical solutions to detect any vulnerabilities or discrepancies in their performance. The individual partners with all areas of the Business and Information Technology organization to drive standards and best practices, eliminate redundancies, and deliver on objectives within product development, business process design, IT/Business operations development, software development, and their respective lifecycles. The role will also be responsible for AI designs and overseeing the AI architecture and machine learning solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Develop and review architecture artifacts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health / Business Administration or Information Technology, or related Data, Application, Network, Systems. Or Security.

  • Master’s Degree in Enterprise Architecture preferred, with emphasis on Information Technology continuing education.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture and related disciplines, including AI Architecture.

  • Minimum of 5 years in the Healthcare ecosystem performing solution architecture functions and roles.

  • Active preferred, or past industry standard, applicable technical certifications

Compensation

$136,930.56 - $171,163.20 annually

The range is subject to change.
