As an Enterprise Planner, you ensure an optimal balance between customer demand, material availability, capacity, and inventory. You translate forecasts and customer orders into a realistic production and delivery plan and proactively adjust when circumstances change. With your insight into the entire chain — from demand to delivery — you safeguard delivery reliability, create operational stability, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.

This is what you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level thinking and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand/enterprise planning, or production planning (experience in a production environment is a must).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex planning challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills: you interact smoothly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • A proactive mindset: you identify bottlenecks early and take initiative to solve them.

  • Accuracy, reliability, and a structured way of working.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (such as Infor, SAP, or similar).

  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.

  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Analyzing and validating customer demand and translating it into production requirements.

  • Managing the full order book and processing changes.

  • Coordinating with Purchasing on material availability and follow-up of purchase orders.

  • Identifying risks in supply, capacity, or planning and escalating in time.

  • Releasing and following up on production orders in the ERP system.

  • Daily alignment with production, logistics, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinating timely deliveries and resolving deviations toward customers.

  • Analyzing logistics performance and initiating improvement actions.

  • Managing and optimizing master data and planning parameters.
