Enterprise/Principal AI Solution Architect

Hiring: Principal /Enterprise Generative AI Solutions Architect – Agentic Systems Location: Remote (Must be flexible to travel to Minneapolis, MN, when required)Role Overview:
We are looking for a Enterprise /Principal Generative AI Solutions Architect to build and deploy AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based workflows, copilots, and automation tools for enterprise healthcare environments.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy production-ready AI solutions and agentic workflows.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, and enterprise healthcare systems.
• Translate solution designs into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Support end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Work with distributed systems and cloud platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Configure prompts, prepare data, and integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
• Document solution architecture, integration points, and deployment processes.
• Support knowledge transfer and contribute to reusable AI implementation frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in client-facing technical delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and implementation skills.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into working AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI-powered automation.
• Strong coding practices, attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables.
• Willingness to learn emerging AI technologies and contribute to reusable solutions.
