- The Function Purpose
- Plan and lead all change processes within the bank, while ensuring all transformation initiatives are well-planned and effectively executed and adhere to optimizing costs and enhancing customer experience.
- Main Responsibilities
- Prepare budget estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
- Refine project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure availability of financial, material, and human resources required to successfully complete a project.
- Set project milestones, define performance criteria such as quality standards, deadlines, and cost requirements.
- Anticipate issues or risks that may arise during the project and develop contingency plans to overcome them.
- Carry out internal quality assessments to improve the quality of project deliverables.
- Overlook the contracts of third-party agencies that offer their services on projects related to the bank.
- Adhere to manager’s business requests and directions.
