Summary:
Manage enterprise and operational risk frameworks aligned with ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and SAMA requirements, supporting governance and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across the organization.
• Conduct risk and control assessments, maintain risk registers, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Develop and implement risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare risk reports, KRIs, and dashboards.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Required skills & experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in banking. Strong knowledge of ISO 31000 and COSO ERM. Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
