CASE Management Consulting is seeking a Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst to support enterprise-level scheduling and program integration activities within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) environment.

The Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst will work closely with systems engineers and program, project, and segment managers to provide leadership across schedule development and management activities. This role will oversee the development and maintenance of integrated schedules, analyze schedule data and dependencies, conduct critical path and what-if analyses, and provide comprehensive schedule reporting and visualizations to support program execution and leadership decision-making.


Your Impactful Duties:

  • Create, manage, maintain, and operate automated enterprise schedules using Government-approved scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project/Project Server.
  • Integrate and assess schedule data across NGA programs, projects, segments, and Mission Partners.
  • Develop and maintain scheduling processes for collecting, reviewing, and integrating interagency, program, project, and segment data.
  • Conduct critical path analysis, dependency analysis, and what-if scenarios to assess schedule achievability, change impacts, and schedule risks.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and recommend corrective actions to address identified schedule risks or concerns.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of schedule information for NGA/NSG meetings and leadership reviews, including reports, Gantt charts, and other visualization products.
  • Clearly communicate schedule expectations, status, deviations, risks, dependencies, and areas of concern to program teams and leadership.
  • Coordinate with programs and stakeholders to obtain appropriate schedule data, including milestones, linkages, dependencies, and required levels of detail.
  • Lead schedule coordination with Mission Partners to identify and manage key cross-organizational dependencies.
  • Identify system development milestones that influence the phasing and delivery of enterprise capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain alignment between strategic-level guidance and program-, project-, and segment-level milestones and effectivities.
  • Support enterprise, cross-program, and cross-project schedule and technical roadmap development.
  • Conduct incremental reviews of schedule milestones and activities and maintain schedule baselines to support accurate and executable enterprise planning.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Release Management stakeholders to support coordinated capability releases.
  • Provide senior-level guidance, task oversight, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI
  • Meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
    • Master’s degree plus at least 4 years of related experience; or
    • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 6 years of related experience; or
    • Associate’s degree plus at least 8 years of related experience; or
    • At least 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with integrated schedule development and management, including:
    • Critical path analysis
    • Schedule dependency identification and management
    • What-if/scenario analysis
    • Schedule risk and impact analysis
    • Milestone tracking
    • Schedule baseline maintenance
  • Experience integrating schedule information across multiple programs, projects, segments, or stakeholder organizations.
  • Experience developing and presenting schedule reports, Gantt charts, visualizations, and other decision-support products.
  • Ability to identify schedule issues, assess impacts, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to develop and apply complex scheduling concepts, processes, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level guidance and direction and oversee or monitor tasks through the project lifecycle.
  • Experience leading or providing direction to junior and mid-level personnel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, or process improvements based on mission needs, cost, and risk.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting NGA.
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community or another complex Federal mission environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project Server or similar enterprise scheduling platforms.
  • Experience supporting systems engineers, program managers, project managers, and other technical stakeholders in an integrated program environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level schedules, technical roadmaps, capability releases, or cross-program dependencies.
  • Experience briefing schedule status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience serving as a senior team member, technical lead, or subject matter expert within a scheduling or program management environment.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $130,000–$160,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, clearance level, job-related knowledge and skills, customer requirements, and other applicable business factors.
