Enterprise Server Services Team leader

Join us as an Enterprise Server Services Team leader based in Budapest MOL Campus.

Main responsibilities\:

• Coordinate and manage daily operation of Enterprise Server Services (ESS) team with 8 team members

• Figure out new directions, plans to be able to improve ESS services and to deliver more value to the business.

• Managing a team of 8.

• Quarterly evaluations, at least monthly 1-2-1 meetings with all team members

• Create and maintain training plan

• Work together with other team leaders in the organization

• Coordinate project activities, participate project meetings and create resource plans

• Create holiday and home office plans, approve holidays and home office requests in SAP

• Create target settings and compensation plans for colleagues

• Follow the ITIL processes defined in the organization.

Main requirements\:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

• 5+ years in similar people management role

• Areas which belong to the team and where some experience would be expected – Windows Server, Active Directory, Multi Factor Authentictaion, PKI, SSO, Citrix, File Server

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work as part of an international team

• Possess the ability to troubleshoot non-standard/undocumented issues

• Good English skills both verbally and written
