As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be a key piece within the IT Architecture team, defining and evolving the technological solutions that support critical business processes. Your mission will be to design robust, scalable, and secure architectures, contributing to accelerating Zurich's technological strategy and facilitating the adoption of new digital and data capabilities.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Design end-to-end technological solutions aligned with business needs and the company's technological strategy.
• Evaluate, propose, and document architectures and technical solutions, guaranteeing quality, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
• Lead technological modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design integration architectures based on APIs, events, and cloud solutions that allow for efficient communication between platforms and applications.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data solutions, large-scale processing, and near real-time architectures.
• Drive DevSecOps, automation, and CI/CD best practices to improve the quality, speed, and reliability of deliveries.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts, blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify innovation opportunities and ensure the correct execution of strategic projects.
• Analyze new technologies and trends to drive the continuous evolution of our platforms and technological capabilities.

By now, you're probably wondering, "Do I fit in here?"

Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

We believe you will fit especially well if you have:

• A university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar.
• More than 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture positions or similar technical roles.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, preferably on AWS.
• Solid knowledge of architectures based on APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in application integration, data platforms, and large-scale information processing.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, deployment automation, CI/CD and version control tools.
• Security knowledge applied to solution design, authentication, authorization, and secure development best practices.
• Experience working with technologies such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Ability to understand complex environments, analyze problems, and propose innovative solutions autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• High level of English and Spanish.

We will especially value...

• Cloud architecture certifications (AWS Solution Architect or equivalent).
• Experience in legacy application modernization and cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of integration solutions, data platforms, applied AI, or omnichannel architectures.
