About Invisible
Invisible Technologies makes AI work. Our end-to-end AI platform structures messy data, automates digital workflows, deploys agentic solutions, measures outcomes, and integrates human expertise where it matters most.
Our platform cleans, labels, and structures company data so it is ready for AI. It adapts models to each business and adds human expertise when needed, the same approach we have used to improve models for more than 80% of the world’s top AI companies, including Microsoft, AWS, and Cohere.
Our successes span industries, from supply chain automation for Swiss Gear to AI-enabled naval simulations with SAIC, and validating NBA draft picks for the Charlotte Hornets.
Profitable for more than half a decade, Invisible reached $134M in revenue and ranked as the number two fastest growing AI company on the 2024 Inc. 5000. In September 2025, we raised $100M in growth capital to accelerate our mission of making AI actually work in the enterprise and to advance our platform technology.
What You’ll Do
- Commercial & Engineering Alignment: Act as the critical bridge between go-to-market and delivery. Partner with the commercial team to deeply understand client requirements, business objectives, and success factors, and then work in lockstep with engineering on delivering execution.
- "Two-in-a-Box" Partnership: Partner directly with the account's Technical Lead to drive the right outcomes on complex engagements. While they own the technical architecture and solution design, you act as their operational counterpart to ensure flawless execution and resource alignment.
- Lead Enterprise Delivery & Technical Ceremonies: Own the end-to-end operational execution of complex enterprise AI deployments. Run technical delivery ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, Jira backlog grooming) to maintain high execution velocity and act as the ultimate driver of accountability for project success, quality, and timelines.
- Act as the Operational Backbone: Take highly ambiguous client problems and structure them into clear, actionable delivery frameworks. Design, implement, and scale 0-to-1 operational processes.
- Strategic Client Support: Support account leadership in requirement scoping and key strategic client meetings. Move beyond standard status updates to provide actionable, data-driven insights on engagement progress and operational ROI.
- Quantitative Problem Solving: Build assumption-driven, fact-based business cases to drive operational decision-making. Establish real-time analytics, define KPIs, and lead continuous performance analysis to ensure exceptional quality and workflow optimization.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and upskill operational staff and internal delivery teams, fostering a culture of rigorous problem-solving, extreme ownership, and operational excellence.
What We Need
- The Profile (2 - 4 Years Experience): High-rigor analytical and operational experience from either top-tier management consulting (e.g., MBB, Big 4, boutique strategy firms) or a high-growth tech environment (e.g., BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or Strategic Delivery).
- Zero-to-One Operations: Proven track record of building complex operations, delivery frameworks, and scalable processes from scratch.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from commercial or go-to-market teams and working tightly alongside technical leadership and engineers to execute on software, automation, or AI solutions.
- Client-Facing Excellence: Strong executive presence and a proven ability to support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts and guide senior leadership.
- Deep Project Management: Exceptional ability to break down massive, ambiguous projects into actionable workstreams and execute them with relentless precision.
- Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Google Suite). Experience with SQL (optional), business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker), or automation platforms is highly preferred.
- Mindset: Strong bias toward action, absolute ownership mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
