Enterprise Systems Consultant
You will support the daily operation and configuration of enterprise business systems, working closely with business users to resolve issues and implement new solutions. You'll act as the go-to contact for system-related matters, gathering and documenting requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to keep requests on track. You will also get hands-on with basic configuration, scripting, and workflow logic to meet business needs, while continuously looking for ways to improve system usability and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operation and configuration of enterprise business systems, including workflow, approval processes, forms, roles, and permissions
- Receive, clarify, and manage system-related requests and issues from business users, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Assist in new workflow or system implementation activities, including requirement clarification, system configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Perform basic system customization or technical tasks (e.g. configuration, scripting, workflow logic) to fulfill business requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for business users on system-related matters
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in a clear and structured manner
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, system owners, and vendors to ensure requests and issues are properly tracked and resolved
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system usability and business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or process-related roles
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to follow through on tasks and issues
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a dynamic business environment
- Good communication skills and patience when working with business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with appropriate guidance and prioritization
- Experience or exposure to enterprise business systems such as workflow, approval, CRM, ERP, HR, or finance platform
- Experience supporting or participating in system implementation, configuration, or business process improvement initiatives
- Basic understanding of common business processes (e.g. expense management, approvals, onboarding, procurement)
- Technical awareness such as APIs, system integrations, or data flow concepts
