Enterprise Systems Governance & Enablement Manager
|
The Enterprise Systems Governance & Enablement Manager is responsible for establishing and leading an enterprise-wide capability to maximise the value, effectiveness and adoption of Jewish Care’s enterprise systems. The role provides the enterprise coordination, governance and business enablement layer across operational areas, Product Owners, IT, Data & Analytics, vendors and senior stakeholders. The role is accountable for ensuring that significant system enhancements, workflow improvements and technology-enabled process changes are assessed through a consistent enterprise lens, prioritised against organisational objectives, governed appropriately and tracked through to implementation and benefits realisation. The role requires a strong business partnering orientation, sound technology and data literacy, structured project thinking, process mapping capability, pragmatic judgement and the ability to translate operational needs into sustainable enterprise system improvements. The role will operate through an enterprise Prioritisation Framework and is not expected to always provide equal depth of support across all enterprise systems. Initial focus areas will be agreed with the Head of Data & Analytics and relevant executive stakeholders, with system coverage expanded progressively as governance, documentation, super-user networks and operating rhythms mature. The role does not replace accountable business owners, Product Owners, IT service delivery or operational management. Rather, it establishes the enterprise framework through which these parties work together, with clear accountabilities, decision rights and escalation pathways. |
