About the opportunity

We're looking to bring on a recently graduated engineer who wants to dive in fully to operate and grow a real business: a family-owned brand with over 30 years of history in the premium dry cleaning sector in San Pedro Garza García.

This is not a rotational position or a passive learning role. You'll be involved in everything it takes to run a business: suppliers, margins, production, marketing, personnel, technology. Real full immersion, from day one.

Responsibilities

Modernization and strategy

• Propose and implement solutions to modernize how the business operates
• Evaluate and implement technology that improves operational and administrative efficiency
• Analyze the business end-to-end and identify opportunities for improvement

Digital marketing and social media presence

• Design and implement the social media presence strategy
• Execute digital marketing initiatives to expand customer reach
• Propose campaigns and content that strengthen the brand

Sales and margins

• Propose strategies to increase profit margins
• Track costs and pricing, identifying optimization opportunities
• Propose and develop products or services related to the brand

Suppliers and operations

• Manage relationships with current suppliers and evaluate new options
• Oversee production processes and quality
• Digitize and systematize administrative and operational processes

Finance

• Support the review of accounting matters alongside the external accountant
• Track overall business profitability

Personnel and customer service

• Support day-to-day employee management and labor matters
• Attend to customers directly when operations require it

Profile we're looking for

• Recently graduated engineer, or business related field with a strong academic record
• High analytical ability and genuine curiosity about business topics: marketing, sales, basic finance
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management (formal or self-taught)
• Commercial mindset: understands how to sell, not just how to operate
• High availability and humility to learn
• Initiative and a proactive mindset — doesn't wait for instructions, proposes solutions

Training

• Full immersion alongside business leadership
• Close mentorship to develop real operational judgment
• Direct exposure to every area of the business: suppliers, finance, sales, production, personnel

Compensation and growth

• Salary: $20,000 MXN per month + bonuses
• Bonuses tied to results and margin improvement
• Preference for a future franchise ownership opportunity, subject to performance
