Talent Acquisition Specialist
1-Year Contract | Up to $4,200/month

Job Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and hiring timelines.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in HR systems.
Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
Participate in career fairs, hiring events and employer branding activities.
Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies and improve recruitment efficiency.
Use automation tools such as scheduling solutions, templates and workflows to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
Support the adoption and implementation of digital recruitment tools, dashboards and other technology solutions.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes through technology and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of AI-enabled recruitment resources, sourcing templates and workflow best practices.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
Relevant experiences will be advantage
Comfortable supporting recruitment activities for blue-collar associates, operators and technicians.
Confident in communicating and liaising with candidates from different backgrounds.
Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in leveraging AI and automation to improve recruitment processes.
