YOUR DEGREE IS ALMOST DONE. WHAT'S YOUR NEXT MOVE?

You've worked hard to earn your degree. Now it's time to build a career—not just find a job.

Concierge Home Care is hiring Entry-Level Account Executives in Pensacola, Panama City, and Tallahassee to join our growing healthcare sales team.

No previous healthcare or sales experience is required. We'll provide the training, coaching, mentorship, tools, and support to help you learn the healthcare industry, develop your sales skills, and build a successful career.

This is a field-based role for someone who wants to be out in the community, building relationships, developing a territory, and creating opportunities.

Don’t wait to apply! Call or text Misty Sarlo, Director of Talent Acquisition, at (727) 687-7412.

START YOUR CAREER WITH REAL OWNERSHIP

Your first job after college can do more than give you a paycheck. It can help you build the skills, relationships, confidence, and professional network that shape the next 5–10 years of your career.

As an Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Build and manage your own territory
  • Develop relationships with healthcare and community leaders
  • Network with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Present and educate referral partners about home healthcare services
  • Build and maintain a professional pipeline
  • Work toward measurable sales goals
  • Track your activity and relationships in a CRM
  • Attend networking and community events
  • Build a professional network throughout your market

These are real-world skills you can take with you throughout your career.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Account Executive, you'll develop relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners throughout your assigned territory.

You'll:

  • Build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and memory care communities, and other healthcare providers
  • Identify new business and referral opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent territory call plan
  • Network throughout the local community
  • Educate healthcare professionals about Concierge Home Care's services
  • Deliver presentations and in-services to referral partners
  • Develop and maintain referral partnerships
  • Follow up on referrals and opportunities
  • Track visits, contacts, referrals, and territory activity in the CRM
  • Monitor territory performance against monthly goals
  • Partner with our clinical team to help patients access quality care at home

You'll be building relationships—not sitting behind a desk waiting for someone to tell you what to do.

THIS IS A ROLE FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD SOMETHING

We're expanding our presence throughout Florida, including the Panhandle markets of Pensacola, Panama City, and Tallahassee.

Depending on your assigned territory, you may have the opportunity to help develop relationships and expand our presence in a growing market. That means you'll need to be comfortable with ownership and accountability.

We are looking for someone who can:

PLAN

You can look at a territory and create a plan for covering it. Maybe you've planned a semester, organized an event, managed a team, balanced a job and school, or coordinated a major project. You know how to create a plan—and follow it.

STAY ORGANIZED

You track your commitments in a system rather than relying on memory. You'll be responsible for managing relationships, follow-ups, appointments, activity, and opportunities. Nothing you're responsible for should fall through the cracks.

SHOW UP CONSISTENTLY

Sales isn't about having one great day. We're looking for someone who has demonstrated sustained commitment and consistency through a job, sport, leadership role, organization, internship, or other responsibility. You show up on the hard days—not just the easy ones.

YOUR COLLEGE EXPERIENCE COUNTS

You don't need a business or healthcare degree to succeed here. We value candidates who have demonstrated strong communication, leadership, initiative, organization, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

You may be a great fit if you've been involved in:

  • Communications
  • Marketing
  • Business
  • Healthcare
  • Public Relations
  • Sports or athletics
  • Student organizations
  • Greek organizations
  • Campus leadership
  • Recruiting
  • Customer service
  • Internships
  • Volunteer organizations
  • Community organizations

Your major matters less than your ability to communicate, connect with people, learn quickly, stay organized, and get things done.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if you're:

  • Outgoing and personable
  • Confident talking with new people
  • Competitive and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable working independently
  • A strong communicator
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable networking with professionals
  • Able to plan and manage your time effectively
  • Consistent and accountable
  • Interested in building a career in sales and business development

You don't have to know everything on Day One. We're looking for potential, drive, and the determination to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Recent graduate or upcoming college graduate
  • No prior healthcare or sales experience required
  • Demonstrated track record of sustained commitment through a job, sport, leadership role, organization, internship, or similar experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory
  • Comfortable using CRM and office technology or able to learn quickly

Panhandle-area graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly candidates who already have connections and familiarity with the Pensacola, Panama City, or Tallahassee communities.

YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL CAN GROW WITH YOU

We're looking for motivated professionals who want to grow their income as they grow their skills and results.

  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped bonus/commission opportunity
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Cell phone/data reimbursement
  • Medical, Dental & Vision
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
  • Structured onboarding and sales training
  • Ongoing coaching and professional development
  • Career advancement opportunities

Your first role doesn't have to be your final destination. Build the skills. Build the relationships. Build the territory. Build your career.

WHY HEALTHCARE?

Healthcare is personal. Every day, patients and families need access to quality care, and healthcare professionals need trusted partners who can help connect patients with the services they need. As an Account Executive, you aren't simply selling a product.

You're building relationships and helping connect people with care in the place they call home.

WHY CONCIERGE HOME CARE?

At Concierge Home Care, we believe in: Caring for people who care for people.

Since 2015, we've grown to serve 60+ counties throughout Florida while continuing to create opportunities for our employees to learn, grow, and advance.

Our values are: Integrity • Caring • Quality • Service • Innovation • Teamwork

We're looking for people who want to be part of a team—and who want to build something for themselves along the way.

YOUR FIRST JOB AFTER COLLEGE CAN BE THE START OF SOMETHING BIGGER.

If you're a recent or upcoming college graduate in Pensacola, Panama City, or Tallahassee looking for a career with training, mentorship, professional growth, relationship-building, territory ownership, and uncapped earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
