We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team as an Entry-Level Accounting Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in accounting and office administration. No previous accounting experience is required — we will train the right person!

What You'll Do

• Enter checks and payments into our accounting system

• Review checks and paperwork for accuracy

• Record payments and maintain accurate records

• Organize and file accounting documents

• Help identify and correct basic payment or record discrepancies

• Assist with basic accounting and office tasks

• Communicate with other departments regarding payment questions

• Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed

• Follow company procedures and keep financial information confidential
