Town & Country Sales is a family-owned dealership looking for a dependable, motivated Entry-Level Technician. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learn valuable skills, and be a valued member of our team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance.

• Check fluids, filters, tires, and batteries.

• Assist with vehicle inspections and preparing vehicles for sale.

• Learn to perform additional repairs with guidance from experienced technicians.

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Record completed work and communicate any concerns to the service team.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work.

• Basic mechanical interest or experience—school, projects, or hands-on work all count.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work safely and cooperate with others.

Experience is welcome, but we’re willing to train the right person!
