Summary
Entry-level role providing operational support for Unit Trust (fund) processes, performance reporting, and campaign coordination using Microsoft Office tools in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operational support
- Manage end-to-end Unit Trust (Fund) operational processes
- Prepare and analyze regular product performance reports across multiple distribution channels
- Coordinate and support customer and staff engagement campaigns
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and conducted post-campaign analysis
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist with automated manual reporting processes through the use of Excel Macros and VBA
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
