Responsibilities
- Process new account applications for savings, current, and other consumer banking products
- Verify customer information and ensure completeness of documentation
- Perform data entry and system updates
- Liaise with customer service managers and branch staff to resolve account opening queries
- Provide timely updates on application status to internal stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
