Helping Hearts Senior Care is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Birmingham office.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage people, solve problems, monitor performance, and keep a fast-paced home care office running successfully.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily branch operations and supervise office staff

• Monitor staffing, client coverage, and branch performance

• Coach employees and hold team members accountable

• Address client and caregiver concerns quickly and professionally

• Monitor compliance, documentation, audits, and deadlines

• Support recruiting, hiring, retention, and employee performance

• Review branch reports and take action when goals aren't being met

• Build a positive culture of urgency, teamwork, and excellent customer service

Who We're Looking For

• Proven leadership or management experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Confident coaching and holding employees accountable

• Comfortable working with technology, reports, and performance metrics

• Home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or operations experience preferred
