About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of regulatory compliance, AML/KYC processes, and risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in compliance within the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct KYC, CDD, and AML compliance reviews.
* Monitor transactions and escalate suspicious activities.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Maintain compliance records and documentation.
* Support regulatory reporting and internal audits.
* Stay informed on regulatory updates and industry best practices.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Candidates with up to one year of compliance experience
* A good understanding of AML, KYC, CDD, and regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
