Entry-Level Engineer/ Associate Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an Entry-Level Engineer / Associate Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position is designed for an individual interested in developing a career in civil engineering and civil construction, with opportunities for growth into an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and/or Estimator role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Support estimating staff with basic quantity takeoffs and estimating activities.

· Assist with project scheduling and preconstruction administrative processes.

· Assist with material submittals, approvals, and related documentation.

· Assist with the Request for Information (RFI) process and tracking.

· Track project scope, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.

· Assist with monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues.

· Coordinate communication and information between field personnel and management.

· Assist project managers, engineers, and estimators with day-to-day project needs.

· Learn and utilize construction software, including Trimble Business Center and HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob.

· Visit project sites as needed to support project management and construction activities.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
