(Entry Level) Inhouse Recruiter (One-North MRT)
Job Details:
- One-North MRT
- Contract duration: 1 year
- Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Basic Salary: UP to $3,200
Job Scope:
- Supporting HR recruitment activities for blue-collar associates and be confident in liaising and communicating with operators and technicians on a regular basis
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Partner hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hiring events.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Use automation (e.g., scheduling tools, templated communications, workflows) to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
- Support implementation and adoption of digital TA tools (e.g., ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).
- Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (e.g., sourcing templates, workflow best practices)
