Position Overview: Everyone is hired in as a Lead Generator with room for growth among our well-established sales departments.
Lead Generator:
- Compensation: Starting at $20/hr
- Comprehensive Training: Including a week of in-class training followed by hands-on training and development.
- Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the energy industry and our sales process.
- Flexible Tenure: Remain in the role as long as needed to be successful, provided attendance and quotas are met, and core values are upheld.

- Start as a Lead Generator with the goal of promotion to Sales Representative.

Earnings and Career Growth:
- Once promoted to a Sales Team, you earn a higher hourly pay plus 100% uncapped commission.
- Top Performers: $80k+/year
- Average Annual Earnings: $55k+/year
- Average Monthly Commission: $1500-$3000
