We're looking for an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer relationships and support our expanding business. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Learn and promote Royal Apparel's product lines and services.
- Participate in virtual meetings with customers and prospects.
- Work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure a great customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Represent Royal Apparel at industry trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel possibly required.
