Responsibilities

• Work warm leads + outbound activity to generate new business
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Cross-sell current customers to increase account value
• Build relationships within the New Prague community
• Track performance and hit monthly goals

Requirements

• Minnesota insurance license, or willingness to get one with our help
• High School Diploma Required
• Driven, coachable, and motivated by income growth
• Strong communication skills
• Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
