Entry Level - L&D Specialist (Innovation | Gov | UP5500)
Location: Buona Vista
Contract: 1 year, convertible to perm (based on performance)
Salary: up to $5,500 (based on experience & qualification)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM
What the Role Is
In this role, you will design and deliver learning solutions that help public officers become future-ready in cross-cutting areas such as innovation and personal excellence.
Job scope:
• Conceptualise and develop online, blended and classroom learning interventions, including identifying learning needs, designing curricula, developing training materials with subject matter experts, and evaluating learning outcomes.
• Partner with subject matter experts to define learning outcomes and develop relevant course content and materials.
• Assess and monitor the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions at both individual and organisational levels.
• Work with agency stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design targeted learning interventions and develop learning resources.
• Manage the end-to-end development and delivery of programmes, including stakeholder engagement and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget and timelines.
• Research emerging L&D practices, learning methodologies and industry trends to keep programmes relevant and future-ready.
• Contribute to consultancy projects supporting public agencies in their transformation efforts, applying approaches such as design thinking and process improvement.
What We Are Looking For
• Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business, or a related discipline (Entry level candidates with a strong interest in L&D are welcome to apply.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in L&D / instructional design that mainly focus on innovation development.
• Strong programme management, learning needs analysis and learning evaluation capabilities.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
