Manufacturing Associate – Entry Level

Essential Job Functions
- Stand for extended periods on concrete floors
- Perform physical tasks, including reaching, bending, and stooping
- Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Perform a variety of production and manufacturing duties
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Pay
- Starting pay: $14.48 per hour
- $1.00 per hour shift differential for 12-hour night shifts
- Opportunities for advancement
Schedule
Most positions operate on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, with both day shift and night shift openings available.
