Entry Level Restoration Technician
Rainbow Restoration of The Woodlands, Huntsville, Conroe
When a home or business floods, burns, or takes storm damage, we're who they call. As a Restoration Technician, you're the person on-site making a bad day better — extracting water, setting equipment, and getting people back to normal.
No restoration experience? That's fine. We'll train you. We're hiring for work ethic and attitude — the technical skills we can teach.
What you'll do
- Respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs and start mitigation to IICRC standards
- Set and monitor drying equipment, and keep our gear clean, stocked, and ready to roll
- Walk customers through the scope of work and handle the paperwork that goes with it
- Manage your schedule so jobs get done on time
- Cross-train into related skills as you grow
What we're looking for
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feet
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving day
- Solid communication with customers and teammates
- Basic computer skills
The real deal
This is physical, hands-on work. Some jobs are messy, some days are long, and restoration runs on an on-call rotation — when someone's house floods at 2 a.m., we show up. If that sounds like work you can be proud of, you'll fit right in.
What you get
Dental, vision, and life insurance, plus telehealth access — all available after your probationary period. You'll also get paid on-the-job training and certifications, and a team that lives by Respect, Integrity, Customer focus, and Having fun in the process.
We're interviewing now — apply today and our hiring manager will follow up.
