Responsibilities
Reach out to local residents to discuss their protection needs and introduce our insurance solutions.
Help new clients navigate the process of selecting the coverage that best fits their specific life circumstances.
Maintain accurate client files and documentation using our agency software.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to meet our shared office goals and maintain high service standards.
Participate in local community activities to help build brand awareness for our agency.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure their current policies still align with their changing goals.
Requirements
Valid Washington state Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one quickly.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with web-based systems.
Effective verbal communication and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your daily tasks independently.
Experience in customer service or retail settings is helpful but not mandatory.
