Responsibilities

Engage with local residents in Vancouver to explain how our coverage options can protect their most important assets.

Research and contact potential clients to discuss their specific life, home, and auto insurance needs.

Listen to client concerns and provide thoughtful, customized recommendations rather than generic scripts.

Follow up with new leads and nurture existing relationships to ensure our service standards are met.

Track daily progress and sales activity to reach meaningful monthly goals.

Participate in local community outreach to increase agency visibility.

Requirements

Strong interest in sales and building long-term relationships.

State Producer License for Property & Casualty

Clear and confident verbal communication style.

Resilient attitude when facing challenges or rejection.

Basic computer literacy for document processing and CRM entry.
