Responsibilities
Connecting with community members to discuss their insurance needs and coverage gaps.
Guiding individuals through the process of choosing the right protection for their families and assets.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy updates.
Collaborating with the team to identify local opportunities for growth.
Participating in local community events to build awareness for the agency.
Learning the ins and outs of our products to offer clear and helpful explanations to our neighbors.
Requirements
Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and connecting with new people.
Basic proficiency in computer skills and digital record keeping.
A genuine desire to help others protect their financial well-being.
Strong organizational habits to manage daily outreach tasks.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
