Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is looking for our next Part-Time Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialists! We’ll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the Yuma area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products. It’s the perfect way to get your foot in the door with a great team!
Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:
- Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
- Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
- Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s Warehouse (Depending on region)
- Additional duties as assigned
Compensation: $25.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential.
**Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $35/hr. hour when factoring in performance bonuses**
Requirements
Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation Specialist:
- Results driven, wants to MAKE MONEY
- Part-Time schedules available- must be able to work nights and weekends
- Travel within the greater Yuma area is required
- Learn and follow a script
- Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
- Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
- Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
- Ability to work nights/weekends
