Entry Level Technician - Salem Motor Mile

Salem Motor Mile is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Technicians. No prior experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Learn new technical skills through hands-on training

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work
• High school diploma or GED is a plus but not required
