(ENTRY LVL | OJT) Desktop Support Engineer - Healthcare
Salary: $2,400 – $2,600 per month
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/ L2 on-site troubleshooting for client platforms and end-user hardware
Perform service requests and respond promptly to incidents; investigate & provide temporary/ permanent resolution
Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems
Participate and manage in client platform upgrades and implementation
Document technical processes and provide regular status updates to relevant parties
Requirements
NITEC / Higher NITEC in IT or relevant technical discipline
Knowledge of hardware (chipsets, memory, peripherals), OS, and remote connection tools
Healthcare Compliance: Comfortable working in a hospital environment. This role will require you to take the necessary vaccines
