Position Summary: As an Environmental Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our projects, contributing to soil, groundwater, and air sampling initiatives. Get ready for frequent travel within the region, with paid overtime and all accommodations covered.

Responsibilities:

  • Dive into detailed paperwork and submittals
  • Lead engaging health and safety meetings
  • Collect environmental samples and operate an onsite mobile laboratory
  • Calibrate field meters, record results with precision
  • Maintain a professional image while interacting with clients
  • Effectively manage your schedule and communicate with ease
  • Document noncompliance events and their resolutions
  • Take ownership of meeting quality standards and deadlines
  • Adhere to stringent safety policies

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER training with current refreshers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word Office Suite Products
  • Ability to travel, stand/walk 8+ hours/day, lift up to 50lbs
