Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated EHS Associate to support Environmental, Health & Safety efforts by coordinating programs, maintaining records, assisting inspections, and driving continuous improvement to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement EHS programs, safety campaigns, and improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety
- Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and data across multiple systems to ensure compliance and traceability
- Support the delivery of EHS training, communications, and employee engagement activities to promote safety awareness
- Assist in conducting workplace inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance
- Coordinate occupational health programs and site safety activities to safeguard employee well-being
- Analyse EHS data and prepare reports to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and environmental compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- IT-savvy with attention to detail and eagerness to learn new systems and digital tools
- Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
