Environment Manager / Test Environment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Environment Manager to oversee and coordinate non-production development and test environments across multiple enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Development, Test, and Integrated Non-Production environments.

• Coordinate environment bookings and requirements through Plutora.

• Support monthly enterprise releases, database refreshes, and code deployments.

• Provide technical guidance for environment configuration, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with project, release, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure environment readiness.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and cloud-based environment management.

• Investigate and resolve environment-related incidents, defects, and outages.

• Support Hypercare activities post Go-Live and manage code retrofitting to lower environments.

• Document system integrations and data flows across complex enterprise platforms.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing non-production environments in large enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of release management, testing lifecycles, and database refresh processes.

• Experience with environment management tools such as Plutora.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, servers, and integrations.

• Exposure to cloud, automation, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

Desirable

• Experience with enterprise applications such as Acurity, Objective, Kofax, and Sitecore.

• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, integration architecture, and release management processes.
