Regulatory Compliance & Permitting:

Ensure compliance with the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of the DENR, local government units (LGUs), and other relevant agencies.
Secure and maintain Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECCs), Permits to Operate, Discharge Permits, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA) and risk analyses.
Environmental Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor air quality, water quality, waste management, and pollution control to meet regulatory standards.
Prepare and submit environmental reports such as Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR), Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR), and other required documentation.
Maintain proper documentation of environmental compliance activities.

Waste Management & Pollution Control:

Implement waste segregation, recycling, and proper disposal programs.
Ensure compliance with RA 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act) and RA 9275 (Clean Water Act).
Oversee hazardous waste management in accordance with DENR guidelines.

Environmental Programs & Sustainability Initiatives:

Develop and implement environmental management plans (EMP) and sustainability projects.
Promote energy conservation, water conservation, and pollution prevention measures.
Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on environmental responsibility.

Inspections & Audits:

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with third-party auditors and government agencies during compliance inspections.
Address and resolve any environmental compliance issues or violations.
