About the Position: Serve as the restoration technical expert within the Office of the Secretary of the Army (Installations, Energy and Environment) responsible for planning, policy, oversight, and direction for environmental, safety and occupational health aspects of the Army's environmental restoration programs.

Contribute to the agency’s decision-level implementation of clean-up/restoration related program initiatives in accordance with laws, regulations, and/or agreements.

Oversee the development, implementation and/or execution of the environmental, safety and occupational health components for restoration programs.

Assess existing clean-up related programs to ensure Army readiness.

Review responsibilities in agreements and/or develops changes policies and procedures.
