ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER

You will serve as an ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER in the OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT OFFICE of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. SALARY GS-9: $80,260 - $99,596 GS-7: $65,613 - $81,418

You will serve as the Program Manager for environmental subject matter areas.

You will recommend to management how to incorporate/integrate existing, new and changing environmental requirements into the Command's processes and procedures.

You will represent the command at meetings both internally and externally.

You will review technical work documents and process instructions for compliance with environmental policies and guidance.

You will conduct assessments, inspections, surveillance and audit shipyard facilities and operations to ensure compliance with Federal, State, Navy and local environmental protection requirements.
