Criteria Description
Education Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering OR Environmental Science (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in
the country of issue)
Professional/ Technical Qualifications
Minimum one of the following:
- NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Certificate for Environmental Management
- ISO 14001 Internal or Lead Auditor
- Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion) Other HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage
Work Experience
Minimum 46 Years of experience in any industry.
At least 3 year of experience in managing and implementing Environmental aspects in projects / operations / production in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.

Competencies
- Have strong understanding of the Environmental issues practices in the Oil & Gas operations/EPC business.
- Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and Environmental legislative requirements.
- Ability to develop and implement Environment Management Plans
- Ability to conduct Environmental Monitoring
- Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant Environment related procedures and standards
- Ability to conduct Environment audits and inspections.
- Ability to investigate environment related incidents identify immediate and root causes.
- Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
