Environmental Health and Safety Manager

The primary purpose of the position is to lead the Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) program at Trident Solutions’ Sherman, Texas facility, a Presco Polymers manufacturing site operating 24/7 across Extrusion, Compounding, Slitting, Wire, Stake Flags, Shipping, and Maintenance. The EH&S Manager owns regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ), drives an injury-free culture through hazard elimination and employee engagement, and manages the site’s EH&S training program. This is a hands-on, floor-based role and a working member of the plant leadership team.
