Environmental Health and Safety Technician
- Inspect and provide recommendations to employees and contractors to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to safety, occupational health, and working environment for manufacturing operations, construction projects, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct job safety analysis (JSA) to identify hazards and define preventive measures or safe work procedures.
- Investigate and analyze work-related accidents, injuries, illnesses, or nuisance incidents, prepare investigation reports, and propose corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Advise employees, contractors, and visitors to comply with the company’s safety rules, regulations, and safety manuals.
- Provide guidance and safety training to employees and contractors to ensure safe work practices.
- Prepare recommendations and follow up on accident and hazard prevention, as well as risk control for construction projects.
- Perform other occupational safety and health-related duties as assigned by management.
