What You’ll Do

• Support and improve plant safety programs and OSHA compliance

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis

• Deliver safety training to production and leadership teams

• Partner with operations to identify and mitigate hazards

• Maintain safety documentation and compliance reporting

• Support emergency preparedness and contractor safety programs

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of EHS or Safety experience in manufacturing (food manufacturing a plus)

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety management systems

• Experience with incident investigation and safety training

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred

• Safety certifications (ASP, CSP, CHST, OHST) a plus

• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, or SQF is beneficial

• Bilingual a plus
