Salary: ₦240,000/Month + Field Allowance

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Minimum of a BSc in Environmental Science or a related discipline
• Technical Competence: Proven ability to conduct various environmental quality monitoring and assessment studies, with fieldwork experience, and to present field data in technical reports to standards such as ESIA, ECM, EAR, ESDD, EMP, and EER. Cognate experience is a MUST
• Experience and Regulatory Knowledge: 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Nigeria, covering several environmental and safety projects, with sound knowledge of Nigerian environmental regulations and elementary global standards
• Professional Ethics and Character: Honest, discreet, accountable, and composed, with a firm commitment to technical independence, and coachable
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues, clients, regulators, and other project stakeholders
• Initiative and Problem-Solving: Resourceful and detail-oriented, with sound judgement and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision, reporting to the Operations Manager
• Teamwork and Organisational Fit: A reliable, adaptable, and positive team player committed to growth and objectives
