Environmental Service Technician I

Responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary commercial facilities through routine cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, floor care, and other janitorial services while delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Job Summary

The Cleaning House Co. is seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-driven Commercial Cleaning Technician I team members to join our growing company. In this vital role, you’ll deliver exceptional nightly janitorial services to ensure our client facilities remain spotless, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Restroom cleaning and restocking
• Trash collection and disposal
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintaining common areas including hallways and lobbies
• Reporting maintenance or repair needs to supervisors
• Following safety and cleaning procedures at all times

Qualifications

• 1+ years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Dependable transportation
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment
• Able to adapt to TCHC Cleaning Processes
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be physically able to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move objects as needed
