Scenic Living Communities is a continuing care retirement community in Iowa Falls, Iowa. Scenic Living Communities offers several levels of living including independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term care.

Shifts: We are looking to fill a full-time position with a 7:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. schedule, including every other weekend rotation.

Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Aide to join our team! This position is critical to our mission and is responsible for maintaining the facility’s general cleanliness to maintain a sanitary and infection-free condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Operate various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and shampooers.
• Requires working in damp, dusty and dirty areas. At times must clean up human waste and other body fluids, as needed.
• Handles various cleaning solvents and chemicals and is required to use the proper personal protection equipment.
• May be asked to fulfill various resident requests within reason.
