Environmental Services Lead

- Coordinate daily activities and assignments for EVS and Laundry team members.
- Assist with monitoring schedules, productivity, and quality of work.
- Perform cleaning and laundry duties as assigned, including resident rooms/homes, common areas, restrooms, floors, carpets, and upholstery.
- Follow established cleaning, infection control, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Assist with orientation, training, and mentoring of new team members.
- Provide guidance to team members and assist with problem resolution and customer service.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, accidents, and injuries as appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment throughout the community.
- May perform lead responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor.
- Maintain dependable attendance, follow assigned schedules, and demonstrate accountability for completing assignments.
- Comply with all BRC policies, OSHA requirements, and safety procedures.
- Attend required training and safety meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull carts up to 500 pounds.
- Climb up to 10 feet as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior EVS, housekeeping, laundry, or cleaning experience preferred.
- Previous lead or training experience preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
